We are pleased to have you join Temple Beth Tikvah for our High Holy Days Services this year. As is our custom, our services are open to anyone wishing to worship with us. To assist our planning, please complete our registration form below (required fields are indicated with an *).
HHD Charges: There is no charge for students or Temple Beth Tikvah members to attend High Holy Days Services. If you are not a current member and wish to attend any, or all, of the High Holy Days Services, we respectfully request a minimum donation of $150 per adult or $250 per family to help defray expenses. Of course, additional donations in honor of the High Holy Days from members and non-members are always appreciated!
Equally important, we never want finances to be a barrier to your participation in our community. If the donation request does not fit your circumstances, please contribute what you can by entering that amount at the appropriate place on the form. Your financial information is strictly confidential.
Instructions for Yizkor Memorial Booklet: If you had names listed in last year’s Yizkor booklet, please add only the name(s) of your departed loved ones who have died within the past year or others you wish to remember. If you are new to our Yizkor Memorial Booklet and would like to have names of departed loved ones printed, please indicate you have new names and then enter them in the appropriate box below. Place an asterisk next to the names of those who died in the past year; their names will be read aloud at services. A donation charge of $36 entitles you to as many names as you wish. Names for the booklet (and payment) must be received by September 12th in order to appear in the booklet.
Payments are due from non-members
and/or for names in our Yizkor Memorial Booklet immediately.
URJ Reciprocity: As a congregation of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), we offer reciprocity to those who are members of other URJ congregations and wish to attend our High Holy Days Services. Please contact your synagogue and request the appropriate letter be sent to us. Also, non-members who choose to join Temple Beth Tikvah in 2018 will have their High Holy Days donation amount applied toward membership. We warmly welcome your participation.
About reservations: Only one reservation per family is needed. If you have any questions, please call 541-388-8826 and leave a message with your name and phone number, or e-mail email@example.com, and a representative of Temple Beth Tikvah will quickly get back to you promptly.
