We are pleased to have you join Temple Beth Tikvah for our High Holy Days Services.
With virtual High Holy Days programming this year, confirming your participation doesn't require a reservation. Rather, we invite you to affirm your personal commitment to participate in this special High Holy Days by indicating below which services and events you plan to take part in. Reservations are required for our in-person Tashlich Service.
HHD Donations: There is no cost to attend our High Holy Days Services. Additional donations in honor of the High Holy Days from members and non-members are always appreciated!
Yizkor Booklet: Please use this form to include names for Yizkor whether or not you are attending services.
Payments are due by August 30th.
About reservations: Only one reservation per family is needed. If you have any questions, please call 541-388-8826 and leave a message with your name and phone number, or email email@example.com and a representative of Temple Beth Tikvah will get back to you promptly.

Names for Yizkor Memorial Booklet
If you had names listed in last year’s Yizkor booklet, please add only the name(s) of your departed loved ones who have died since 2020 HHD. If you are new to our Yizkor Memorial Booklet and want to have names of departed loved ones printed, please indicate you have new names and follow the instructions below. Only the names of those who died in the past year are read aloud at services. A donation charge of $36 entitles you to as many names as you wish. Names and payment must be received by August 30th to appear in the booklet.
